Technical Purchasing Specialist

Qualifications:

Graduate of an Engineering Institute or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

Specialization in Heavy Machinery or Heavy Equipment is preferred

Previous experience in technical purchasing or automotive and heavy equipment spare parts is an advantage

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Good command of English

Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the procurement of spare parts and materials required for the company’s vehicle and heavy equipment fleet maintenance

Work closely with the Fleet Maintenance Team to identify technical requirements and verify spare parts specifications

Request, evaluate, and compare supplier quotations, and negotiate prices and delivery terms

Follow up on purchase orders and delivery schedules to ensure the timely availability of required items

Coordinate international shipments and ensure the availability of the required shipping and import documentation

Support the team in following up on fleet maintenance requirements
