Responsibilities:

Responsible for enforcement of HSE policies and procedures, including making decisions regarding appropriate discipline for infractions

Directs and control where necessary implementation of PTW procedures related to work at height, LOTOTO, Hot Work, Confined Spaces Vessel Entry etc.

Training responsibilities may involve conducting HSE Training, orientations, daily "toolbox" safety meetings, periodic safety meetings and formal training sessions on a wide range of safety-related topics

Assist to conduct regular Emergency Response Drill for all Emergency team and make sure that all emergency tools are properly maintained and in place and conduct learning points and corrective actions

must verify that there are no violations in the workplace and they must comply with all reporting requirements

Continuous reduction in unsafe acts and unsafe conditions at the process (as indicated by regular audit & inspection reports)

Ensuring that proper practices are observed on the workplace. and frequently perform safety inspections in locations including job sites, offices and company vehicles

Observe working conditions, equipment and employee behaviors to identify safety problems and take corrective action
