Al Badia Cement (JSC) was established in 2006 as a joint-stock company to build a Portland cement plant in the Syrian Arab Republic, Damascus Countryside Governorate, Abu Shamat area. The first production line began operation in 2011 with an annual capacity of 1.6 million tons of cement.
